SMTP Send Tool

The SMTP Send tool is used to send an email from an SMTP server e.g. Gmail

 

Source

Select an existing Email Source from the dropdown or click New to create a new Source.

From Address

The Email Address of the account you want to send from. If you leave it blank, the account used to set up the Email Source will be used.

Password

Enter the password, if there is one, for the account you are sending from.

To

List the email addresses you want to send to, separated by a semicolon ;.

Cc

List the email addresses you want to Carbon copy in the email you are sending, separated by a semicolon ;.

Bcc

List the email addresses you want to Blind carbon copy in the email you are sending, separated by a semicolon ;.

Priority

Select the message priority eg: Normal, High, Low

Subject

Enter the subject for your email.

Attachments

The path to the attachments you want to send, separated by a semicolon ;.

Html Body

If the body content is HTML, select this checkbox. If it is plain text, uncheck the box.

Body

The main body of the email goes in here.

Result

Only variables go in here. Returns Success or Failure depending on the success of the send action.
